Indeed!!

I learned how to make fish stew watching Justin Wilson on PBS back in the 70s and 80s. Guess all of my stews have a Cajun touch.

I do like a milk based fish stew with lots of black pepper. Like an eastern NC rockfish stew.

now I'm hungry!!
