I cornered a South Carolina DNR officer and asked these questions !!! that is why I posted ;

if you fish the Georgia side of Lake Hartwell, Russell, and Clarkes Hill you creel limit is still 20 per person no matter which side of the lake you fish
if you put your boat in on South Carolina side of the lake !!! if you put in on the Georgia side of the lake then Georgia's DNR laws are in effect !!!!!

pay attention to the blue part !!!!! that means where your truck and trailer is parked for you to trailer the boat back home !!!!!!!
I have already ran this rabbit before with LAW ENFORCEMENT !!!!! when in doubt call DNR !!!!
