I have always heard folks talking about how good they were,most would say WAY better than any fish you have ever had! Well those folks musta have never had fresh crappie or striper,because my tastebuds was not overly impressed with the walleye,,don't get me wrong they were good,but I'd just as soon have striper or crappie. Next batch I cook I'm gonna leave em in the grease a minute or two longer. I've got 3 more bags to try out. I just deep fried em with house of Autry seafood breader just like other fish I cook
