Hey Ray I got a question for you. I have been wondering what you took a week off from. Aren't you doing the same things you would be doing at home except from a different location. That had me puzzled all week.

Well I do have a sorta job. I work 4 days a week at our church fitness center. Just 4 hours a day and I enjoy it, but breaking the routine for awhile was fun. But you are basically correct, hence the age old question, " How do you go on vacation when you weren't doing anything in the first place?"

Well I wrapped up a great week of fishing with friends and even snuck in a round of golf. Gerald Cromer joined me Fridy afternoon and we had a good visit and capped it off with a half day of fishing Saturday morning. Had a surprise visit from Mr. Rooty Tooty himself Tommy Vaughn. He was coming out same time we were and he came by the cabin for a visit. He had taken a break from canning pickles to get a quick limit of Crappie.
Gerald and I had lunch at the Summerton Diner and after a great meal, Gerald left to visit a friend in Paxville.
I had a quiet evening and packed up and came home this morning. Already thinking about when I can do this again.

Glad you had a great time Ray. If you don't mind me asking, what do those cabins rent for or how did you look then up? Thanks

If you rent 5 days you get 2 free. Mine came out to $100/day, which I thought was reasonable after paying over $130 for one room at a Holiday Inn Express.
