Default Long lining with HI-TEK STUFF ?

Does anyone long line with Hi-Tek stuff rod holders? I am looking at getting a trolling bar set made up. Any information on these would be great.

I have used them for I'm guessing 5 years. Love them, never had any problems.

Can you run your rods straight out with the rod tips about 1ft off the water with rods not sliding out?

The answer to your question is it depends on the type of rod you are using. If the back of the real seat catches on the v it will not pull out. If you are not careful and not get it seated right it will possibility pull out. Lost a 8 ft Wally marshal rod with a pfluger president because I did not have it seated right. They are good holders and really enjoy mine

I'm running driftmasters now. Looking for a smoother & faster retrieve out of the rod holders, especially when the Chinese Fire Drill happens. Lol

My first set was drift masters. Put them on the back, now I've got Spider Loc on front. In my opinion they are hard to beat, Very well satisfied with the spider Loc.
