Just sitting here in my easy chair and looking at the activity on the lake. I am starting to see some sea gull activity and I noticed the loons were back on the lake. That means the stripers are back in my area and ready to be caught. Tomorrow I leave to go on vacation for a week and when I get back I hope to be able to get after the stripers so anyone who likes to striper fish, I will be looking for some one to help me cull some of them. Hope every one on CDC has a happy Thanksgiving and safe travels to those who will be traveling this weekend. Don
Thumper I will be glad to take you and show you what I know about this old pond. I have lived on it and fished it for close to 25 years but I am no expert. I pretty well know where they are suppose to be just haven't figured out how to catch the crappie consistently. That is what makes fishing fun for me.
I will take you up on that. Looking forward to meeting you. I met SeaRay this morning and we messed around for a couple of hours. He showed me around Lexington a little bit. A nice man for sure.

I just moved to Lake Murray about 6 weeks ago and look forward to meeting some of our members and fishing with some of you that know the lake and don't mid sharing your knowledge.
