I left the house around 6:30 this morning and drove over to Sucession(2 hour drive). Pulled jigs with 1/8 oz head at 1.0 mph. Caught fish on just about any color combo. Must of caught 25 little spotted bass with maybe 10 being keepers and released all to grow up. I caught about 40 to 50 crappie and bought home 16 fish over 10 inches. After I had all I wanted to clean I released another 10 to 15 good keepers around 10 inches. Water temp was 71 degrees. I want to also mention that this was my first crappie trip since my cancer surgery and also my first trip in my new to me boat that I have had for a year. Should be good for the meet and greet.
