Congratulations Tim On your Limit! Glad everything went smooth and well. How did you like the new DFs? How fast will that rascal go? Thanks for sharing.
May try to come that way Friday, what's a good place for lunch?

Mark.
If you put in over on the Jack's creek side there is a diner in Summerton, which is only a few miles past where you turn to go to Jacks Creek Landing. Wife and I rented a cabin at Carolina King which is also on Jack's Creek and we ate lunch there. Good old time country cooking. It is at 32 Church St, Summerton 29148. They don't have a website but if you google it, there are several reviews on them. Also I don't think they take credit cards, but the prices are very reasonable.

If you put in at Sumphole Landing, the restaurant there is very good. We eat breakfast there a couple of time during the week I am there, which is this week by the way. I am leaving in the morning. David and Dee are the owners and Dave's Mom fixes some of the best homemade pies I've tasted.

Thanks Ray.
Stumphole Landing is such an out of the way place, I never expected to find it reviewed on the net, but here it is:

Sorry Mark I had to take care of something before I had a chance to finish answering your questions. The Sonars worked great, I get a little bit of interference on the one in the back when running fast, but it still shows depths and structure. The big, heavy boat runs 29.3 MPH on top end, that's with me, 3 batteries, full tank of gas, along with cooler, poles and all the other equipment one needs to go fishing these days.
