they been some fellers-n-gals ask about a crappie/white perch knockout on wateree so hear we go
with our first annual or maybe more often crappie extravaganza on wateree
the 11th is only date I can make it on week end till middle of may - thought it be best before then
be at wateree state park at 7:am for little meet-n-greet -plan of attack and small amount of B/S --
(don't make anybody wear they boots) and weigh in bout 1:00 pm.

Wish I could come, but Saturdays are tough for me, coulda come Friday. Y'all have a good one and I catch you on a later one.

i would love to come, but our turkey season starts that sat, can't miss that. i been catching some good cats down there the last 2 weeks! Should have went today!

Iffin I am still above ground I will be there. Aint been on Wateree in 6 - 8 years. Loved it when we lived there. Even caught a few big slabs once in a while. Ya'll better come on down and meet the famous duo of Remus and his BigDawgg. You may see something strange when they get going. Come on out and join us. You just might have fun and catch a few in the process !

Won't be able to make that date but I hope y'all have fun.

Just a little heads up that the Catawba Catfish Club will be having a tournament out of the State Park the same day...If yall meeting at 7am we will be out of your way as our tournament runs from 6:30am till 3:00pm with weigh in starting at 3:30pm...Probably be at least 40 Cat boats there if not more,we had 49 at one tournament earlier this year at Wateree...

We gonna stay out of ya'll way Marty. We planned on starting bout 7:30 and go till 1:00 or 1:30. Some of the slab hunters may hang around to see the kitty show. Good Luck to you and Jeff.
