    Default The Spawn Aint Over!


    After getting whooped on Russell at Crappiefest I went back and fished awhile today and caught some good fish for a change. Come time for cleaning and I filleted about 15 and ALL were full of eggs. Everything I cleaned went over a lb with most being a solid 1.5 lb each and two right at 2 lbs. Everything I caught came out of 13'-16' of water and the fish were hugging tight to the bottom. So.....just wanted to let you guys know that the spawn aint over yet. Who would have thunk!


    Sorry....no pics as I thought it was gonna rain so I left the camera at home. Maybe next time.

    Good to hear! Was hoping to see some reports after Crappie Fest. Been sick and been working. Hoping to get out next few days myself. Hope the weather will cooperate a little. Thanks for the report!

    Glad you were able to go and able to put a good mess in the boat. I hope the bite lasts a little longer maybe I will get to go sometime this year. Thanks for sharing.

    I can't wait to get some revenge on Russell. I donated so many jigs to the timber, I feel like she owes me some slabs! May have to put in another order with curtis.
