I can't discount the rod throwing, but bums? I don't think so.

I wish you the best of luck and will relay that the fish have been caught in several areas of the lake, with both main lake and creeks being productive. These cool nights we are currently having will push some fish shallow. During the last cool down a couple of weeks ago, we managed to catch some fine fish in waters as shallow as 7 feet. Brush is by far the best structure to fish, some fish can be had in both the standing timber and floating vegetation as well. For many, Santee is a frustrating lake to fish due to the abundance of structure. Stay focused, pay attention to detail, and fish fast. The aggressive fish will hit quickly, if a few are caught, repeat what you done on similar areas, and structures for the best results.

Ray, I was just following you around, where you went, I went... I know my problem, I've lost my MO-JO because I haven't been fishing for such a long time....

Good pictures and glad you had a good time. But this ole man can't take the heat like he used to. There will come a cooler day and wet lines!
