My PB is 15 1/2", I didn't have a scale to weigh it. She was caught last year in Soap Creek on the Hill. I was tightlining minnows in about 4' of water. I hope to catch a bigger one this year. We have a trip planned for the first weekend in April hopefully the weather will be nice. I am going to try some longlining this year and test my new motorguide wireless trolling motor and HB 587ci HD DI. Bring on the warmer weather!Name: image.jpg

PB was 17 1/2" at 3.25 lbs. Caught Spring of 2013 in Canton Lake just south of Canton, TX. In 1' of water in brush dropping a chart/black jig. The bite was on.
Brought about 8 home that day. Was wading shallow water along the bank near the camp ground. All fish were healthy and none had signs of bedding yet.

    Default My personal best

3lb 6oz (I think) caught longlining in fishing creek on the hill. One of the best days I had caught 10 over 2lbs that day. Think I caught in on a Popsicle Slider with orange jig head.
