I hope it doesn't but I've drug my fair share of 4 wheels out from under a tree where it's been for 2-5 years. Seems most that are FI with O2 Sensors end up with Converter issues. Like your project my wife sees me drag stuff in my shop with the Bobcat the junk yard won't take for Scrap Metal. The Mercedes had not been on the road for over 2 years, I gave the kid $1800 for it.
