You can go to youtube and find out how to use and setup these units. You can also watch how side imaging is used and how down imaging is used. Other than watching these practice while out on the water is the best thing of all. Try different setting and if you ever think you messed something up just go to your settings and go back to factory default. I love my Humminbirds and you will to when you learn to use them.
