Thread: Helix 7/Lakemaster Problem

I recently got a Helix 7 DI / GPS Combo along with a Lakemaster Southeast States Map Card, Version 3. I mainly fish Okatibbee Lake in east central MS and the map card has a high def map on the lake. I can get the map to load onto my screen, but only when it is zoomed out. If I try to zoom in the screen just turns white. In simulator mode I've looked at other lakes, such as Grenada, and everything works fine. Every time I've called Humminbird I get a young girl on the phone who says they'll call me back if they can figure it out. Supposedly, they tried it on a unit like mine and they had the same problems. Any suggestions? Thanks

Trying the card in another HB unit is the best crosstest for a LakeMaster issue ...

It would be very odd that only a HELIX 7 model has this issue ...
