San Disk is the brand HB recommends...

I have heard of a bad one occasionally...(not very often in the San Disk brand but it does happen)...

And make sure the Screenshot menu under the Accessories tab is set to "Enabled" ...

Little bit of difference in the HELIX 5 units here guys: since the HELIX 5 units do not have accessories to connect to the Accessories tab got eliminated and the Screen Snapshot menu got moved to the bottom menu position in the Setup menu tab.
