Well that's pretty much what I've always felt. I agree if you fish brush piles to any extent then you should build some and a brush pile on your home lake you built is open for all and anyone fishing it is not doing anything wrong. Traveling to other lakes and putting out brush piles may not be practical but finding brush and fishing it carries no ethical dilemma whatsoever IMO. Neither situation is in any way reflective of a person's lack of character, that's why I was blown away by the suggestion.


Of course there is no reason in this world to share with anyone the location of your brush piles!
