Something. He may not can spell or control his bladder at nite or put a ducer on rightside up or spell, but he us good fer a resapee. I tried his smoked sausage roll or whatever he called it and it was worthy of this mention. It was very good and if you ain't tried it you ought to.

Just 18-24 hours is all. LOL I cook 'em right around 225 degrees. It' melts in yo mouf, same for my Pulled Pork. Git that pulled Pork done and wrap it in Foil for about 2 hours. Once I do that, I'll open it up and pull that big center bone out with my fingers, then shread the meat with my hands. Add on some of that Sweet baby Ray's BBQ sauce, onion slices and a couple pickles, talk about good
