This one looks your speed. Its a side imaging smoker, with a draft master mount. You can put it on your gunwales and smoke your crappie before you stick em in the cooler... Wait, I forgot, you have to catch one first.
OK, you can use it to smoke your bologna before you post it.

You get to learn all about adjusting then air vents, both top and bottom. Then you have to FEED IT every hour or so or it'll die down. I'd get it started and put 10 pieces of charcoal and 1 decent sized piece of either Pecan, Cherry, Apple of Hickory (depending on what I'm cooking) on it every hour. Then you have to figure out the spice rubs, if you're gonna spray it down with something every so often to keep it moist and if you want to foil it. Next you get into home made BBQ sauce of a Mop sauce and maybe even Inject it with some kinda liquid. I do have the Green Egg though. I get my grill up to temp, throw the meat on and GO TO BED. I get up the next morning and it's still running at 225!!!
