Ive looked for these myself and then ended up making my own. Very simple, all you really want to do is hold the hook in position as you solder. I cut a 4" disc from a piece of plywood (outdoor stuff used for billboards) I drilled a hole and inserted a 1/8 dowel that extended about 1/2 inch. With a coping saw I cut a slot in the dowel to hold the hook. I started soldering ant bodies and blades - my plan was to insert dowels in a circle and carve out the indents to hold the different blades & the ant body press a couple ball bearings to create a cavity for the solder. I dint need to do any of this as I was able to put the blade in place and the hook (now held by the slot) and solder away. For the ant bodies I angled the hook and found that the solder would melt a form a ball around the hook shank perfectly. This was pretty quick one at a time, it shouldn't be to hard to add more dowels for 6 - 12 at a time - a disc like this with a lazy-Suzan base would work well.
