    Default finally got out


    Got to go fishing for the 1st time this summer with my son in law and we hammered some nice ones. we were using jigs i tied up so that made it even better. here are some pics.

    didnt measure but has to be atleast 12"

    Nice fish and it looks like a great day (weatherwise).
    It's always a great day when you catch fish like that especially on your own jigs !

    Nice lookin catch ! looks like they have some good size to them , photo of jigs?

    I'm at work so have to use a pic that i have in photobucket not my best work but you will get the idea. this is the style we used we also used a marabou(Army green) and chenille(baitfish) that caught alot I have no pics of those yet. The color we used with this style jig was Flo blue and Chart

    Nice fish JJ,sounds and looks like an awesome first trip for you .hope you get out soon.My last couple trips out i caught fish on my own jigs,flies and foam spiders.
