Three more trips after bluegill and read ear this week and we are done.. 670 in the livewell since 04/23 (several fishing companions have went along, only fished alone a couple of times) mostly all male fish, only cleaned a hand full of females each trip as we are releasing them unless badly hooked.. Would be at insane numbers if we would have kept them..
I've cleaned 580 myself.. Should break 700 total and 600 cleaned.. First spring of retirement has been quite productive on the fish!!

That’s a remarkable haul. You’ve got a honey hole.
thanks for sharing
That’s a lot of fish! Retirement is being good to you.
Creativity is just intelligence fooling around
Great fun and good eating for sure.
Dang, that's an amazing count!
I see you're near where I spent my summers fishing as a kid. My family had a couple cottages on Adams Lake, and I fondly recall catching a bunch of rock bass, bluegill, and yellow perch. Sometimes a bass would bite, and I pulled a few small tiger muskie (not sure if those are even still in the lake). Never that many fish in such a short period of time, however!
WTG!!! Y’all on the fish.
In frank. I live about 10 miles from Adam’s. Fish there frequently. Great blue gill fishing. Tiger Muskie are long gone but a fair reproducing walleye population has taken of.
