Thread: TFO T&P hour

I took a couple of my TFO Trout & Panfish rods today for a little over an hour at the docks .
I had the docks to myself with the day being mostly cloudy with an occasional light drizzle and temps hovering around the 60 degree mark.
Wind was there , but not as bad as it has been .

Both rods were six foot UL’s , one a Trout & Panfish II , the other was my Pastime Trout and Panfish.
T&P II started off with a Shimano Soare bb c2000s , but after a few fish with the Pastime , I swapped reels and finished up with the T&P II with a 500 Soare bb .
Even though the 2000 size reel is only 6.2oz , I preferred both rods with the 500 size reel at 5.4oz . It actually felt lighter and with the smaller spool I was getting longer casts with 500 reel.

Caught eleven mix bluegills and small shellcracker.
The fish were a little bigger today , overall .
