Thread: Gotta Change Sometimes

Tried for a while yesterday for some gills or crappie with some small plastics on jigs. Many casts yielded nothing. Put it on a bobber and still nothing. I was about to quit but I grabbed the old Mitchell 309 and Conolon Ultralight 5 foot rod with a small Beetle Spin tied on. Three casts, three fish. That's was it for fishing because supper time was calling. But it was a good way to end the day.
