When we are playing with bream we often go just jig , we typically use a 1/64 number 8 in either a handtie or a tiny plastic .
like mentioned before a super slow retrieve and they cant stand it .
if we are serious about numbers we use a bare jig tipped with a worm or a crappie nibble
and for sure oranges reds and blacks and brick colors for some reason drive them bonkers
