Beware dont use the prepared frozen cooked shrimp.I tried that route and not as many bites and would'nt stay on the hook.Who knows it might have been the color (raw) white vs (cooked) orange.Get raw shrimp and cut in small pieces then salt heavily with a little water added to make it slushy then set them out for a while to dry but not completely dry, just enough to stiffen them up.
