Thread: My 1lb Redbreast

Me and my dad went to the Canoochee on Ft. Stewart and had a blast last summer. With all this rain we are getting and the rivers getting out of the banks we ought to have a banner fishing year. I know of someone catching a 1lb 3oz out of the Canoochee last year. He fishes it religiously though and he stated that it is the biggest one he has ever caught. Congratulations on that 1 pounder, that's like catching a 15 pound bass. I bet he pulled like one on ultra light tackle. Something about them coming out of those blackwater rivers that really makes them glow red.
