    Question Strike indicator

Has anyone used the strike indicator that the fly fishing guys use? I am talking about the yarn or foam ones. I thought they would be great with a shotted fly or very tiny jig.

jigtosser, I have been thinking of trying the foam ones myself, but just not sure how well they will work. I do use the thill mini shy bites with good success.

I have one of those myself. The foam ones looked good because they do not take up any space and they can be carried in a fly box.

I use the foam ones for bluegill and crappie, i try to use the smallest strike indicator possible,
    and they work well.
