Save your minnow money, if you're targeting Warmouth :p .... just tie on a 1/16oz chartreuse marabou Roadrunner

Trim the marabou back, by cutting 1/2 the length off, between the hook bend & the longest strands (works especially good if you're getting hits, but no hookups)

Cast the Roadrunner down the bank, especially where there's rocks or stumps/roots ... and keep it out away from the shoreline, in water that's a couple of feet deep, or more. Stairstep rock banks, or cliff wall banks are good areas to try (if present), if you're fishing from a boat.

There may be even bigger Warmouth, out a little deeper (and in the same areas where you're catching the smaller ones) ....
