    Here's a good little video of a guy catching crappie from beneath docks using the "shooting" technique.

    I'm sure we all feel the same way fireman. Matter of fact, after I watched the video, I was really tempted to go get in the boat, find me the first dock I came to, and shoot the hell out er........hahaha. Even with this stiff storm heading our way, lol.

    Then I pulled up the weather radar again and saw how stupid that would be. We're fixin to rock and roll here in the eastern part of the state. Pretty severe storm will be hitting in an hour or so.

    That video and the weather really hurts looks like friday and then monday. I got a lowrance hds7 and put it in today so I'm all fired up and no place to go.

    Thanks Stinkfinger, I found myself watching the youtube videos on crappie fishing all night at work. Good thing I am the only one around on midnights. Started watching them at 1230 and didn't quit till 530 this morning. Man I am chomping at the bit to go now. If I only had a truck that was working. Should be fixed by Thursday so watch out Broken Bow here I come.

    Thanks for that video post Stinkfinger, I've heard and read about how to shoot docks but seeing someone do it is more helpfull.

    Hi guys I'm not knew to the site I have lurked for about a year but just joined a few months back. I really enjoy reading the posts and how everyone is willing to share information and tips. I have not posted much because I haven't been able to get much fishing in lately and the few times I have didn't have much success but I hope to get out more this spring and this year. When I do get out I will start posting.

    Have any of you purchased and/or watched this video catchcrappie.com - Home of Ernest Paty, Fishing Instructor
    and if so would you recommend it?

    I looked it up after watching the shooting docks video.
