the elk is always the best fishing up there this time of year for bass i know its always the warmest water on the lake this time of year as for the crappie i dont know never been able to get on enough to stay busy i think i would put them in and let them go bass fishin and then head to eucha

white spinnerbaits, watermelon candy shakyheads,lipless crankbaits
in 3 to 4 foot of water and as always a sweetbeaver in the bushes and willows..... be careful runnin the elk though!!!!!
