Caught a lot of short fish yesterday and some decent ones. None worthy of a picture. Fish were still holding in 14 to 17 fow suspended at 8 to 12 ft deep. Water temp ranged from 56 in the lake to 61 in back of coves. Lake is still rising slow. Current elevation is 1008.56, which is 1 1/2 ft below normal.

Forgot to mention Bob was handicapped and has a tough time getting in and out of a boat. Want to thank Jeff ( CRAPPILICIOUS) for helping us get him in the boat yesterday

Finally got the wife out with me this evening. Lake was past rough. Hard to fish anywhere. Didn't catch a lot but caught some good fish. It's getting close. Catching a few males shallow.

Unbelievable day today. Caught close to 70 fish spider rigging jigs tipped with shiners kept a few. Some fish moving in shallow but not all have committed. Lot of fish suspended at 6 to 12 ft near spawning areas. Water temp ranged from 61 to 67 deg. Wind has been a real issue.

Tim and Jeff, really nice fish. Great pics, Tim. Guess I'm going to have to find out where the good bank fishing spots are and make my first trip up there.
