First SI 9 had one of the card readers bad, second one DI 9" had 3 buttons (power and two buttons above it) not lighting up. They are great with customer service and turn around, but when one spends over $1700 in electronics, you'd expect them to work out of the box the first time. Once they work, they're great. Now have my 9 DI speaking with my 9SI and that's pretty neat. Any one else have issues with Humminbird? Rod almost had me changing to Garmin.
I quit Lowrance for this reason also
