Longmire?
Has anyone fished Longmire Lake lately? I'm wondering if the water level is high enough to launch a boat on a trailer. I live in OKC, I'd hate to drive to Pauls Valley and find out I can't get the boat wet!

I was down there a couple of months ago and the water level was barely adequate for me the launch my boat. Worse than that, I think the continuous up and down with the water level has played havoc with the fish. The last few times I was there was the worst fishing there in my last 20-25 years. I just wasted an annual permit and I'm not going back anytime soon.

TPS75, I was down there two weeks ago and had no problem launching my boat on the North ramp (lake is still low). But IkenI is correct about the fishing, it was my first time but I put in six hard hours for only 15-18 dinks. I think I only caught one 10" fish. Talked to a couple guys using minnows and they were not doing much better.
