I went to lcb the other afternoon---I don't have a boat so banked fish from the bank right by the road where the water goes underneath bridge---no crappie but caught one sandie and half dozen heavy chunky well fed bass---could only get bites on rubber minnow and I through everything I had in tackle box....sure wish that place was closer to Shawnee...happy fall and winter fishing everyone

Is there still a fishing dock at pier 51 on lake keystone? Was over that way this morning and didn't see one.

There is NOT a public fishing dock at Pier 51. It's been gone for several years. There is one at the Keypoint Marina south of hwy 51 and there is a new one at New Mannford Ramp campgrounds that opened in late spring of 2014. Hope that helps.

Thanks woodworker 42. I just wondered. We were just messing around the lake today and went by the docks at Keyport Marina and the new dock at New Mannford Ramp. There was no one fishing at either dock. The new dock is nice but not heated and it looks like it's in pretty shallow water. The lake is clear and looks to be in great shape.

I think the New Mannford Ramp dock has electrical outlets that can be used to plug in electrical heaters. I had thought it was going to be heated, but I agree, it is not at the present time. At normal lake levels it is only approx 16 ft deep, so today it would be just over 13. I don't know why they put in such shallow water. By the way, the Keystone Lake record crappie was caught off the NW corner of the Keyport dock!

    Bigjon, check your PMs!

Yes I saw the electric outlets at new manford. Keyport looked like it had a electric heater on one end. Please resend PM, it got deleted before I could read it.

    Prayer Request Manfor Heated Dock

On the heated dock in manford I'm interested in going there this weekend. Has anyone actually fished it yet? Been going to Claremore however too many people show up. Looking for something a little more secluded near Tulsa

If you are referring to the dock at the New Mannford ramp, I fished it last week;caught 2 small bass-no crappie. Be advised the dock is not heated! There are outlets (I presume) for use with electric heaters. Water depth is probably 9-10 feet. Cost is $3 per 24hrs.

Thank you for the information. I'll take some wax worms and fish for bluegill if nothing else.

Fished Fountainhead Marina this morning. People were catching mostly little but some keepers were being pulled out. Fished around 10 ft deep-hitting on blue thunder.
