I haven't been there for a couple of years but the time I went, the heaters were working as hard as they could to keep the water in the wells from freezing. The lake itself was iced over and inside seemed just about as cold as outside with a wind break. Hopefully the heaters have been changed from what they used to be.

Sorry you came out and there was not any fire wood to put in the stove. There is plenty here now that issue has been resolved. Plus we have added a new forced air heater @ 50,000 btu. Its about 22* outside right now and 69 in the HEATED DOCK. NO Joke any more! I just purchased this Marina about 8 months ago and it was wore down. I am working every day to get this to a top notch dock. My goal is to break the lake crappie record this season.

we do carry the Dingo and you can even test one out before you buy. I have many of Todd Huckabee rods and you are more than welcome to test one of our floor models right here at the lake before you buy.

Thank you for the update Salt Creek. Sounds like a place I will have to come by and check out. Any info on the water around the dock? Depth and has there been any brush added and if not can one add brush?

One "old timer" I talked to out there said there was brush everywhere - inside and outside the dock, along the walkway to the dock and around then store dock. He wasn't sure of the water depth. But lots of brush!

This dock is just east of Mannford on Hwy 51. Turn south off the hwy after you cross bridge - right across the road from the entrance to Jellystone Park.

I have not been there this year. About a month ago when I stopped by there, there was a decent early morning bite up till around 11 or so. One guy had caught a 2 lb large mouth. Hopefully someone will chime in with a current report.
