My lil brother lives just north of Shawnee and had him check into twin lakes this evening. He was told it's enclosed but no heat and they are catching saugeye there now if anybody is interested.

Outside of freezing that actually sounds like it would be fun to do.

Called Crystal Bay yesterday and was told there are no heated docks on Skiatook lake at all. Guess it will be warming up before long so something to look forward to. Have heard from several people it's a very good lake for crappie.

Greenleaf was on fire with on jigs. They were hitting on electric chickens, pink/ purple/ pink,Neon green/blk-green/green, red/white/red.White/blue/white-blue with flash. Had a good time & well worth the trip. We caught 40 + & 4 or so 13 -14 inchers.

I spent 4.5 hours today at Claremore. 2 bites, 1 8" crappie and snagged two carp. As for a heated dock???? The inside of the dock might have been 5 degrees warmer than being outside. I spent about half my time there going out to the truck to warm hands and toes. Those of you expecting a warm fishing spot, try elsewhere. Not worth a flip on really cold days, heaters and window unit AC's that put out very little heat. I'll not even waste my time there again.

Good report Reaper. Thing is those of us that can't get on the big water have to take what we get. Ain't complaining just sayin! Sides, there are times guys are Runnin round looking for a bite, and we be on em! Sometimes that is.

Reaper think I was there for a bit when you were. They should call it Icehouse I had longjohns and coveralls on with thick wool socks and still chilly. Left there and was going to head over to Hudson but called ahead and they had @ 6 people inside so I headed up to Bernice and stopped in to shoot the bull. Ended up clearing ice out of the well more than fishing but miss Penny caught 6 nice ones while I cleared ice. That lil old lady catches the heck out of the slabs. Think she said she's 74 years old. Left there and went out to Kings point there's an enclosed dock at that resort north east of grove. No electric and wasn't as big as I figured on when they said 2000sq ft. Sitting in @ 25fow the lake wasn't froze but in the well was. 5 bucks to fish it but you better have your warm stuff on. Hole on the north side that's kind of halfway patched. Doubt I go back to this one. It's close to Four Seasons and Blue Bluff docks. Same area of Grand. In case any one wants to know they are shooting for next week on fixing dock at 4 seasons. Also was told today that you can do a monthly membership at Blue Bluff for 25 bucks guess that's minimum they won't do daily anymore. Did a lot of driving today may have caught 10 shorts altogether but I did enjoy myself.
