Hey Craig; you and Bill did a great job prepping for the Brush day, and deserve a good pat on the back! Having the pallets assembled, and the Pallet slides on the boats made it much easier getting the pallets in the water! It was great getting to meet everyone too... and my stomach still hurts from ol Bill making me laugh so hard! Now there is a real character!

The Talala Creek fishery will be greatly improved after yesterdays work! It was great seeing everyone jump in there and get the work done, and it was very well organized! Craig had a smooth operation set up, and made for a very effective brush pile day! I am terrible at remembering names, but it was a real pleasure meeting you all that were there, and I hope to share a fishing trip with you all some day!

Thanks to Ed Moes for providing the outstanding T- shirts! Those are awesome shirrts! Can these be purchased? I now have a new favorite T - shirt!!! Talala creek should be a great place to fish, and hopefully we can keep it that way for many years! Way to go everyone!!!

I fished some of them from 6 till 1:30. Most of the ones I fished were already holding baitfish and small Crappie. I caught around 30 under 10" and had 4 that barely went 10". One thing I noticed is that the GPS markings are close, but can be off about 10'. I would get to the area of the GPS coords of a pile, read the graph and try to anchor at the coords. If I wasn't sitting over the brush we dropped, I was close. I located them by flipping a jig out all directions and letting it fall back. If it was some of the fresh cut brush, I'd hang up and pull back some green leaves. I could see the top of a couple of the piles just under the surface.

Ok, I've resolved my structurescan issue and am going to try to pinpoint all the drops we made. I need everyone that attended or helped to pm me their email address so I can give them the updated version once complete. Still would like to have Chucks phone number, white Toyota pu that helped topside putting the piles together. With any luck, I'll have the exact coords of all pile by the end of the weekend.
