I fish Hudson at least once a year but always during the winter...never tried in the summer. The past 2 or 3 years have been pretty bad so I haven't fished it much. In the past the Hudson marina has been very good during the winter, used to be able to catch some big crappie there. I'm hoping now that Grand is starting to get better maybe it will trickle down to Hudson. If your fishing by boat, look for brush along the many bluffs on the lower end of the lake and you might be able to find some.
