oh, and I dropped 1 of my t-bars for my spider rig. It's now resting on the bottom of the lake. Been wanting to buy new ones anyway. Guess now I can without too much grief from the wife![]()

I fear no fish
I thought that was a very interesting and informative post Reaper- at least for one containing no weights or measures. You're too hard on yourself. Bring it back!
I made it into a thread by itself.

Told you that was a good post Creaper- you struck oil with that one!
I put the deer hunting stuff away and got the boat out today. We got on the water around 10 and started looking. The water is extremely murky, 2 inch visibility north of Goose, 4-6 inches on south end. From that info right there you know we covered a lot of water. Long story short EB called me a little after noon and we hadn't had a bite. My buddy caught a keeper while I was on the phone, then another, when I hooked one I told EB I had to go. We quit at 2pm with 20 keepers, all over 10 inches, but none over 12 inches. Probably caught 50 fish, all off one big tree on a ledge, in 15-20 fow, on south end. Blue/white and blk/char were the best colors. Double dipping with Timmy Tom weedless jig heads. Beautiful day on the water.
