Looks like you got some husky slabs in there Whisperer! Way to go! Maybe it's not time to abandon ALL hope for the double O if even a blind boar can still fill the cooler! On Oo that has become kind of a superpower I think.

It's been pretty good fishin on the big O the last month or so George. Not a lot of big fish this year, but the numbers of smaller fish looks promising for the next few years for sure. Look forward to going with you when you get back. Caught these today, after the cold front came through yesterday. Bite was off today from what it has been the last 4 weeks, but it was still pretty good. Predictable again today, brush piles in 13 to 17 ft. Jig bite was off a little bit. It may have been the color, kept trying different colors, finally found something they wanted red and chartreuse.

That is the kind of off bite I like to see and I think you may start a fad with your pinwheel display! I sure look forward to joining you before long. I believe you can teach me a thing or two about filling a cooler. Glad to see some of those hundreds of dinks I set free grew up and fed your family!

WW how come you haven't been over to the BigO piling up the pics? Aren't you retired? Weather is perfect! Wish I had time to go...

Redge, I have never been on Oo-and yes I am retired (and loving it). But I guess I am getting lazy in my old age and not going as much I thought I would! Weather has been perfect. WE need to go soon!
