That thinking could be applied to anyone visiting a strange body of water for the first time. It shouldn't be a concern whether someone knows the lake or not. At the brush drop, Kevin bumped a submerged stump in Talala Creek knowing it was there, no damage, no harm done. At least this normally submerged stump is highly visible now. Like I said, most of the trees broke off close to normal lake level when they broke. They are visible. Shallow water, boulders near the banks in certain areas can be a problem. I'm interested in fishing the Oologah and the Kaw tourney.
