Went out on Tuesday in the crappy cold and drizzle. Fished a creek in 6 FOW 3 ft deep. Big Females, prespawn eatting agreesively...full of eggs. Water temp was 48. No males caught..wondering if they are nesting..but wouldn't think so with water temp so low.

Fished today from 10-7. It was a tough day. We kept 21 and threw back that many more. Water temp was 50 this morning and 54 this afternoon. Best colors were black/pink and cajun cricket. We caught them in brush in 6-12 fow in the creeks.

Well that makes me feel alil better to hear the Oologah Pro had a tough day too..not that I was wishing that on anyone but I was second guessing my skill on the Big Easy..naw just kidding around Odie, It was a slow day on Eufaula also and such a beautiful day..I recieved word yesterday evening I was most definately on the wrong lake. Tenkiller was where we should of been. Had 2 different friends on that lake and a father and son cleaned 30 and had their limit at 11:38 am after 4 hrs fishing..and another by hisself had 30 and I do not want to talk about him much cause he thinks the laws and limits do not pretain to him..enough about that..glad to hear you stunk up your livewell anyway..if we get a day with little wind or aday with a north wind 10 to 15 that would be a gr8 day to hit the waters at Tenkiller..I will be callin since your gonna be kinda able to go..lol

Fished Saturday 9:30 to 2:00 caught 20 had 12 good ones. Caught most of the fish 12ft deep in 17FOW. Jigs did better than minnows. Cajun cricket was the best color.
