Leland the water clarity seemed about the same as it always is. Oologah never really clears up, I think Oologah and Eufaula are a lot alike, they both get fed by a muddy river and your lucky if you can see your jig over a foot or two deep. One pattern that seemed to work well was to shake the jig about an inch or two for 10-15 seconds. When we'd stop shaking the jig the crappie would thump it. I don't understand, the shaking sure wasn't lifelike, but maybe that's how they find it in dingy water. As long as they thump it, we're willing to feed it to em any way they like.
