Hopefully the bite got better this afternoon for those fishing, with the sun and the water warming up some. I fished from 9:30-12:30, tried minnows from 18" to the bottom and jigs. Only 1 bite, a 6 lbish buffalo on a minnow. Didn't see anyone lift a crappie, and talked to 3 other boats, no bites. Temp of water was 59-61*.
BTW - the B'n'M Bucks jig pole doubled over and wouldn't lift the buffalo, but it didn't break or even creak at that load.
