Got to go out from 2-3:30 today and caught 15 keepers casting and dragging in 8-14ft. Red TimTom Jigheads and blk/chart minnow mindrs. EB

I don't think this year has fallen under any sort of normal pattern. In general, the fishing has been bad this year. There are good days, but those are few and far between. I think with the winter we had, I feel that has lead to a lot of the issues this year. From the forecasts I'm hearing for this coming winter, it doesn't look like it's going to be much better next year. So if you get on fish, don't leave! Stay there till there are no more fish.

They won't be back around the docks until the water temp has lowered down to the low 70's or lower. Water is just too hot right now.

Yes fished Gaines on Friday. Water clarity was poor. Caught a few on timber but overall pretty slow
