Is the water color bout like all the ponds west of highway 48?

Went out and Fished Blackwell this morning. The bite has slowed way down. got there just a little after 6am and didnt catch a fish until 8am. The place was not packed today, all morning only 7 people fishing. at about 850am the fish seemed to get a little more active but nothing like it had been. I fished the last couple hours outside and did a lot better then I was doing inside but it was still slow. Think the front had a lot to do with it. At 2am this morning it was around 50 degrees, at 6am it was 28 degrees and extremely windy. Ended up with 16 keepers. will try it again in the morning.

Crappiepappa, there is about 8" visibility maybe. I did best on Purple/Chart Joker and a solid black Bobby Garland Baby Shad. See you in the morning.

fronts have a tendency to do just that. Hopefully the wind will lay down some tomorrow and the bite gets better. See ya there!
