Nmolina is right...when the bite is hot, the word spreads fast and it can get crowded. If your not afraid to speak up a few mentions of the rules will usually get those with two poles to pull one in. During the week is not to bad or if you go on a weekend get there early. Sat when I was thwre the inside was full but outside was only me and nmolina.
