dstreet, I have been fishing both morning and evening and sometimes all day. There hasn't been an evening bite per se, but you can still catch fish, and it isn't as crowded. There HAVE been people coming in after getting off of work.

Slab slobber it is then. Glad to finally see some pics of crappie being caught there. I kept reading about it being on fire but don't know if I've actually seen any fish caught there other than the crowded pic that one time. Thank you.

SWOLLENCRAPPIE,where can we buy some slabslobber? Is it a liquid or paste kind of like chapstick but smelly like shad.Gotta have some !!!

scruggs...you can get it by going to www.malcomslabslobber.com they have a stick, a paste and a spray. I use the paste and its roughly $6 a bottle. The spray looks good but I have not used it. I promise you wont be disappointed with it. The stick is like a chapstick but a lot bigger and it has a very potent shad smell.
