Talked with Senior Jigger today and he had his limit on the upper end by 1pm. The high light if his day was hooking and landing a 20lb Flathead Catfish on a 6' Falcon Ultralite with 6lb Vicious Line. Caught on a 1/16oz jighead and a Slab Bandit in Salt/Pepper color. All in all sounds like a pretty good day.....Ranger
I would have loved to see Senior Jigger fighting that flathead!!!!
After he caught it he ran all over the lake trying to find someone to help him contact a Ranger thinking he had a line class record..NOT and noit even close for 6lb test...that let the wind out of his sails after he found out...lol...but he did enjoy the time and catching a limit of crappie...Ranger
Went this morning had a hard time putting a limit together. Had at least 40 dinks! Trying somewhere different this afternoon, see if I can't find some big fish!!! Beautiful morning on the water, and the pleasure boaters have really thinned out! Only truck at the ramp this morning, only 3 when we left at 11.
A perfect day on killer! Took home 22 fish, 16.5" big fish we had several nice ones today.
Threw back at least 60 dinks this morning.
